Infinity Contact Forms is developed and maintained by Signature Works LLC. The App provides merchants with the ability to create scalable and customizable contact forms for their Shopify stores, manage form submissions, and receive submission notifications via email (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including:

  • Store information (store name, store URL, and store ID) – used to identify and connect your store with the App
  • Merchant contact details (email address) – used for communication and notifications
  • App subscription and billing information – used to manage free trials and paid plans through Shopify’s AppSubscription GraphQL API
  • Metafields access – used to store form configurations and structure for faster form rendering and performance

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

  • Merchant-provided information, such as email addresses where form submissions should be delivered
  • Form submission data, which may include customer-provided information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or any other fields defined by the merchant within the form
  • Submission metadata, including submission date and time, associated form name, and submission status

We do not collect customer payment information through the App.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, and through the use of the following technologies:

  • Cookies, which are data files placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, visit

  • Log files, which track actions occurring within the App and collect data such as IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps

At this time, the App does not use web beacons, pixels, or other third-party tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers to provide the Service and to operate the App. This includes:

  • Creating and managing custom forms
  • Displaying the latest form submissions within the App dashboard
  • Delivering form submissions to merchant-specified email addresses
  • Storing form structures and configurations using Shopify metafields for improved performance
  • Managing app subscriptions, free trials, and billing through Shopify

Additionally, we use this personal information to:

  • Communicate with you regarding App functionality, updates, or support
  • Optimize and improve the App’s performance and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with Shopify policies and applicable laws

We do not use personal information for behavioural or targeted advertising.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your personal information may be shared only with:

  • Shopify, as necessary to provide the App’s functionality and billing through Shopify’s APIs
  • Email delivery services, solely for the purpose of sending form submission notifications to merchant-designated email addresses

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests such as subpoenas or court orders, or protect our legal rights.

Behavioural Advertising

Infinity Contact Forms does not use your Personal Information for behavioural or targeted advertising.

Your Rights (European Residents)

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we have with you (such as providing the App and subscription services) or to pursue our legitimate business interests. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention

We retain form configurations and submission data for as long as your App account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you uninstall the App or request deletion, we will remove your stored data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, operational requirements, or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
