( FIG. 01 — STORE, NOT TEMPLATE )
We build Shopify Stores that sell more.
Signature Works is a small Shopify studio. We design your store, build it fast, and keep improving it after launch. You see the work as it happens, never a black box. Most clients get more orders from the traffic they already have.

Stores we’re proud of.

( 01 — Puppies & Yoga ) Millions of viral views turned into sold-out sessions, memberships, and merch. Capacity tripled — the team didn’t grow.
( 02 — YETI UK·AU·NZ ) Three storefronts kept fast, consistent, and easy to update from one codebase.
( 03 — Dia & Co ) Storefront and checkout work for one of fashion’s most loved size-inclusive brands.
( 04 — 29029 Everesting ) Registrations and gear for an endurance challenge people train all year for.
( 05 — Andy Okay ) A store as considered as the art it sells, and the causes it supports.
( The deal )
You see the work as it happens. Never a black box. Judged on the numbers you get paid on.
/ Why brands switch
( Six quotes from founders — verbatim )
Most clients come to us from another agency.
“I don’t even know what they’re doing.”
You see everything
Your store lives on a preview link from day one. Every Friday, a short note: what shipped, what’s next, what it moved.
“Four account managers in twelve months.”
One person, start to finish
No account managers, no handoff to juniors after the pitch. The founder is on every call, this year and next.
“The flows haven’t been touched in a year.”
Never on autopilot
Every month you approve a short plan and get a recap of what shipped. If nothing’s worth doing, we say so. You don’t pay us to pretend.
“They optimized for traffic, not sales.”
Judged on your revenue
We report orders and revenue, the numbers you get paid on. Not impressions, sessions, or a dashboard built to flatter us.
“They never got our brand’s voice.”
We learn your brand first
Your reviews, your support inbox, a real onboarding with the founder. All before we design or write a thing.
“We felt locked in and shafted on fees.”
Leave anytime
Month to month, no lock-in. Store, code, and email live in your accounts. If you leave, you keep everything and nothing breaks.
Each quote is real — a founder describing the agency they left.
/ What we do ( 06 )
Everything a serious store needs.
Stores designed from a blank page and built to feel instant. We sweat the product page, the cart, the tiny moments in between. Nothing off the shelf, nothing that looks like everyone else’s theme.
Faster pages, easier buying. We find where people hesitate: a slow gallery, a confusing cart, a checkout that asks too much, and fix it. Small, careful changes that add up to more orders.
The second order is where a brand starts making real money. Welcome series, post-purchase, win-back. Email that sounds like you, lands at the right moment, and quietly brings people back.
Bookings, subscriptions, product builders, wholesale portals. When your store needs something Shopify doesn’t do out of the box, we design and build it properly — native, not bolted on.
Moving to Shopify, or inheriting a store patched by five different freelancers? We untangle it, move it, and leave it in a state your next developer will thank us for.
We don’t disappear after launch. Monthly improvements, honest advice, a team that answers the phone. Your store gets a little better every month, and you always know what’s next.
/ How a project goes
( Usually six to ten weeks )
From first call to launch.
01
Week zero
Say hello
Tell us about your brand and what’s not working. A thirty-minute call, no pitch deck. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere good.
02
Week one
Get a plan
A clear scope, a real timeline, one price, in writing. The number we agree on is the number on the invoice. No surprises in week six.
03
Weeks two to eight
Watch it take shape
The store comes together on a preview link you can open any day of the week. Every Friday, a short note: what shipped and what’s next. Change your mind early, while it’s cheap.
04
Launch, plus thirty
Launch, then keep going
We flip the switch quietly and stay for the first month, watching real customers use the store, fixing what we find. That first month is where stores get good.
/ The studio
Small on purpose.
Signature Works is run by its founder, and it’s staying that way. We take on a few clients at a time, so the person you meet on the first call is the one designing your store, writing the code, and checking how it’s doing months later.
It’s a slower way to grow an agency. It makes much better websites.
— Founder, Signature Works
/ Kind words ( 09 )
“They rebuilt our store in six weeks and it’s the best money we’ve spent on the business. We stopped shopping for agencies.”
“Fast, straight with us, and the store speaks for itself. Booking a session takes about thirty seconds now.”
“The first agency where the person on the call is the person doing the work. It shows in everything.”
“Our old site was pretty. This one is pretty and it sells. I didn’t know we could have both.”
“Every agency says they’ll stick around. This is the first one that actually did. The store gets a little better every month.”
“Three storefronts, three currencies, one team that never made it feel complicated.”
“We came for a redesign and stayed three years. That’s the review.”
“They told us what not to build. Saved us months and a lot of money. Who does that?”
“Checkout stopped being the place people gave up. That one change paid for the whole project.”
/ Start a project
Tell us what you’re building.
A short note is fine. The founder reads it and replies within two working days — no sales team and no handoffs.
