2. Information We Collect
Information from Merchants
- Shopify store information (store name, domain, email address) provided during App installation
- App configuration settings, including form fields, styling preferences, and notification settings
- Billing and subscription information processed through Shopify's billing system
Information from End Customers
- Form submission data, which may include name, email address, phone number, and any other fields configured by the merchant
- Technical information such as browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically when a form is submitted
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data including form views, submission counts, and feature usage
- Error logs and performance data to improve App reliability
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Process and deliver form submissions to the merchant's designated email addresses
- Send notification emails to merchants when new form submissions are received
- Improve the App's functionality, performance, and user experience
- Provide customer support and respond to merchant inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Shopify: As required by the Shopify platform for App functionality and billing
- Service providers: With trusted third-party services that assist us in operating the App (e.g., email delivery, hosting), bound by confidentiality agreements

We retain merchant data for the duration of their active subscription. Form submission data is retained according to the merchant's configured retention settings.
Upon App uninstallation, we will delete all associated merchant data and form submissions within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes).
Merchants can request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
